Hey Bob, do I need to train every day?

No, you don't. But if you want to become 2nd best, you do.

Do you breathe every day? Yep.

And if you want to become the World's Second Greatest JACK LABRADOR player, you best train daily.

Yes. My favorite combination is a left-handed five symbol gambit sequence that I call "the Gopher" in combination with a right-handed eight symbol gambit sequence I call "the Frank."

How can I become the World's Greatest JACK LABRADOR player?

Become the Second Greatest and wait for Bob to retire or lose his hands in a Bison farming accident.

Hey Bob, your legs are huge, what's your leg day routine.

Bob's huge legs

Very funny. Ha ha. They feel huge to me.

What's the largest mammal in North America?

The Mighty Bison.

Hey Bob, what's your favorite pre-training meal when practicing ambidextrous play?

I train on an empty stomach first thing in the morning with a clear mind, an open heart, and the mindfulness of 1000 Hungry Bison.

In addition, I drink 20 oz. of warm water with half a squeezed lemon and a pinch of sea salt to stay hydrated and maintain electrolyte balance for optimal neural-muscle pathway communication.
